An update from the Mockingbird Team:

One of our priorities has always been to keep you informed, so we wanted to share a detailed update with you about how tariffs are impacting our prices.

As you’ve likely seen, new tariffs have been drastically impacting the global supply chain since February, leading to a wave of price increases on baby products. As parents ourselves, we know all too well the impact this has had on families, so we’ve been doing everything we can at Mockingbird to shoulder these new costs ourselves – but at this point, increasing our prices has unfortunately become unavoidable.

Please know, we’ve also explored options to make our products locally (not just recently, but several times throughout the lifetime of our company). However the truth is, very few manufacturers in the world have the expertise to produce high-quality baby products and test them according to our rigorous safety standards — and with your little ones sitting in our strollers and high chairs, maintaining these standards is our top priority.

It was important to us to give families a chance to plan accordingly, so we’re going to wait to put our new prices into effect until May 12th. At that point, they will be updated everywhere Mockingbird is sold, including our website, Target, and Babylist.

We really wish this wasn’t a change we had to make. Raising a family comes with enough challenges on its own, and we hate that another obstacle is being added to your plate. We do hope, however, that by giving you a heads up today, those of you who were about to place an order can do so at our current prices, and that our changes won’t catch you by surprise when they do go into effect.

We also hope that, even with this price change, you still feel we’re remaining true to what Mockingbird has always promised – being a company you can trust, and creating the highest quality baby gear for your family to love for years.

If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to us any time.

💛 With love,
The Mockingbird Team
