  • Where can I purchase your stroller?

    Mockingbird strollers are only sold through our website, which allows us to skip the middleman and pass the savings on to you.

  • Can I add Mockingbird products to my baby registry?

    Yes! We’re huge fans of Babylist, which lets you add products from any website to your baby registry. Full instructions can be found on Babylist’s website here.  

    When adding your Mockingbird Stroller, under the "Optional Note" textbox, please write in your color preferences so that your loved ones know which combination you love. 

  • Can I purchase your products as a gift?

    Of course! Either just use your gift recipient’s shipping information at checkout, or check out our electronic Gift Cards, available in multiple denominations to fit your budget and your recipient’s needs.

  • Do you have an affiliate or brand ambassador program?

  • Can I get replacement parts for my Mockingbird products?

Stroller

  • What’s included with the Mockingbird Stroller?

    Our Mockingbird Stroller comes with the stroller frame, seat, wheels, canopy, child safety “bumper” bar, and detachable sunshade.

  • What are the age and weight recommendations for a Mockingbird Stroller?

    Our versatile stroller can be used from birth up through 50 lbs. There are three compatibility modes for infants 0-6 months:

    - Use the Mockingbird Car Seat Adapter to connect your infant car seat.

    - Use the Mockingbird Infant Seat Insert in our stroller seat.

    - Use the Mockingbird Carriage in place of the stroller seat.

  • What is the size and weight of the Mockingbird stroller?

    Our stroller is approximately 26 pounds including the frame, seat, wheels, and canopy.  It measures about 26” at the widest point; 49" tall from wheels to canopy; and 40" deep from front to back wheel.  The storage basket is 28" long x 17" wide x 10" high.

  • Which car seats are compatible with the Mockingbird Stroller?

    The Mockingbird Stroller is compatible with the following car seat models, when using our Car Seat Adapter:

    - Britax® B-Safe 35™

    - Chicco® Keyfit 30™

    - Evenflo® Embrace™

    - Evenflo® Nurture™

    - Graco® SnugRide® (30, 35, and 40)

    - Nuna® PIPA™ (not the Lite or Lite LX)

  • What testing and safety protocols do you follow?

    We meet (and often exceed) the highest governmental regulations set by the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) and ASTM International, most recently the ASTM F833-15 standard. Additionally, we choose to certify our products with the Juvenile Product Manufacturers Association (JPMA), and submit all of our fabrics and materials to testing for harmful substances such as lead, phthalates, mercury, and cadmium.

  • I’m pretty short / tall. Will the handlebar height be comfortable for me?

    Our adjustable handlebar has six positions that make it workable for almost any sized parent. Kindergartners to NBA players welcome.

  • How do I use the sunshade?

    Our sunshade is included (for free!) with your stroller, and with magnets to attach to the canopy, you’ll find it’s a breeze to put on and take off. It’s perfect for those extra sunny days. When fully extended, the sunshade keeps the area inside the seat cool and dark, which makes for the best naps. And you can still see the little snoozer in there by lifting up the canopy’s peekaboo window or unzippering the back mesh section.

  • What are the benefits of front-locking wheels?

    Imagine pushing a shopping cart over gravel—the wheels would swivel all over the place, and it would be hard to go forward, right?  By using our front-locking levers, you can prevent the wheels from swiveling, so you’ll be able to handle dirt paths, bumpy sidewalks, and even gravel with ease.

  • How do I clean the stroller?

    Our stroller materials are purposefully resistant to spills and stains, and should effortlessly wipe clean with a damp cloth and mild detergent if needed. For the easiest care, we recommend using the Seat Liner which can be quickly removed and thrown in the washing machine again and again.

Trial & Return Policy

  • What is your trial & return policy?

    All Mockingbird products are covered by our 30-day trial policy, which means that if you don’t love them within 30 days of receiving them, you can return them for a full refund. Just email support@hellomockingbird.com for instructions and a free return shipping label.

  • Does my product need to be unopened or unused?

    No, please use it! We’d rather you get the full experience, using it as you normally would, so you can make sure you love it. We’re confident that you will!

  • Do I need to save the box I received my product in?

    You can ship your return items back to us in any box you’d like. However, we recommend saving the original shipping box, as our packaging is custom-designed to fit our products.

  • Will my card be charged when I place my order?

    Upon successfully completing your order, we will charge the card you provided. If you choose to return a product within the 30-day trial window, we will process a refund to your original method of payment upon receiving your returned item.

  • When will I receive my refund?

    The refund will typically be applied to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days of receiving the return and processing the refund.

Warranty & Registration

  • What products fall under your lifetime warranty?

    The Mockingbird stroller is covered by our lifetime warranty. All other Mockingbird products are covered for two years.

  • What does your warranty cover?

    Our warranties cover the original purchaser for any issues that arise due to manufacturing defects. They do not cover issues arising from misuse or from normal wear and tear (such as stains, scratches, and other forms of cosmetic damage).  For our full Warranty policy, please visit the Warranty page.

  • Where do I submit a warranty claim if I have a covered issue within my warranty period?

    Please submit your claim via email to support@hellomockingbird.com.

  • Do I need to register my Mockingbird stroller to qualify for the lifetime warranty?

    Nope! Many other brands require you to register—not us. Though we do still recommend that you register your product anyway.

  • What is the product registration page used for?

    In the unlikely event of a safety alert or recall, we would notify you based on the contact and product information you provided on the Register Your Product page. Doing so is totally optional, but we encourage all our customers to register their stroller just in case.

Shipping

  • Where do you ship?

    We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states.

  • How do I qualify for free shipping?

    We’re happy to offer free shipping on every Mockingbird order, no matter how big or small.

  • How long does shipping usually take?

    Our free shipping typically takes 3-7 business days or less to reach your doorstep from the date of your order. For Alaska and Hawaii, it is typically 5-9 business days. Your order may be shipped in multiple parcels, and you’ll automatically receive all tracking numbers.

  • Can I recycle your packaging?

    Both our cardboard and plastic packaging are recyclable, and we continue to seek future opportunities to make our impact as sustainable as possible for the next generation of children.

Gift Cards

  • Can I choose an amount not listed in the dropdown menu?

    Currently, our Gift Cards are only available in the denominations listed. If you need help with a gift card order, email us at support@hellomockingbird.com.

  • What happens after I purchase a gift card?

    You’ll receive the gift card via email, which you can print out and deliver to the recipient, or you can forward the gift card email directly to them.
