It Takes A Village - Official Rules

Purpose

These It Takes a Village: Mother's Day → Father's Day Giveaway Series Official Rules (the "Rules"), together with Baby Generation, Inc.'s Terms of Use (the "Terms of Use"), govern the It Takes a Village giveaway series (the "Giveaway Series") sponsored by Baby Generation, Inc. d/b/a Mockingbird ("Sponsor" or "Mockingbird"). The Giveaway Series consists of four (4) separate individual giveaways, each referred to as a "Giveaway" and collectively as the "Giveaway Series." By entering any Giveaway, you fully and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Rules and the Terms of Use and represent that you satisfy all eligibility requirements.

Sponsor

This Giveaway Series is sponsored by Mockingbird (Baby Generation, Inc.), headquartered in New York, NY.

Binding Agreement

In order to enter or participate in any Giveaway and to potentially receive a prize, you must fully and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Rules and the Terms of Use. By entering a Giveaway, you represent that you have read these Rules and the Terms of Use prior to your entry and that you fully and unconditionally understand and agree to them.

Eligibility

To be eligible to enter any Giveaway in this Giveaway Series, you must be at least eighteen (18) years old and a legal resident of the United States. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, and their immediate family members (i.e., parents, children, spouses or partners, grandparents, grandchildren, aunts, uncles, nieces, or nephews), are not eligible to enter any Giveaway.

How to Enter

Participation in each Giveaway is voluntary and does not require any purchase. To enter a Giveaway, you must post a qualifying comment on Mockingbird's official Instagram in-feed post for that Giveaway (the "Giveaway Post") during the applicable Giveaway Period. Qualifying comments must comply with these Rules and Instagram's Terms of Use and Community Guidelines. Sharing the Giveaway Post is encouraged but is not required to enter.

Limit one (1) entry per person, per Giveaway. All entries must be submitted during the applicable Giveaway Period. Entries submitted before or after the Giveaway Period will not be eligible.

NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN A PRIZE. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

Giveaway Schedule

The Giveaway Series consists of four (4) individual Giveaways, each running for twenty-four (24) hours on the dates listed below. All times are Pacific Time ("PT"). Dates are subject to change at Sponsor's sole discretion.

  • Giveaway 1 — "The To-Don't List": May 19, 2026 (12:00 AM – 11:59 PM PT)
  • Giveaway 2 — "A Night Out": May 26, 2026 (12:00 AM – 11:59 PM PT)
  • Giveaway 3 — "Your Village": June 2, 2026 (12:00 AM – 11:59 PM PT)
  • Giveaway 4 — "Being the Village": June 9, 2026 (12:00 AM – 11:59 PM PT)

Selection and Notification of Winners

Following the close of each Giveaway Period, one (1) winner will be selected by random selection from all qualifying comments on the applicable Giveaway Post. Winner selection will occur within twenty-four (24) hours of the close of each Giveaway Period.

Each potential winner will be notified by Sponsor via direct message ("DM") on Instagram. A potential winner must respond to the DM notification within forty-eight (48) hours after it is sent. If a potential winner does not respond within forty-eight (48) hours, that potential winner may be disqualified and Sponsor may select an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries. Sponsor's decisions are final and binding.

Each potential winner is subject to validation and verification of eligibility and compliance with these Rules.

Winner Announcement

The abbreviated name (first name and last initial) of each winner will be announced by updating the caption of the applicable Giveaway Post within twenty-four (24) hours of the close of each Giveaway Period, and will be available upon written request directed to Sponsor for ninety (90) days after the end of the Giveaway Series.

Prizes

Each Giveaway has one (1) winner who will receive the prize bundle described below.

Giveaway 1 — "The To-Don't List" Prize Bundle (1 Winner)

  • One (1) Mockingbird Stroller (MSRP: $549)
  • $250 gift card toward a cleaning service
  • $100 Instacart gift card
  • $50 Starbucks gift card

Total approximate retail value: $1,049

Giveaway 2 — "A Night Out" Prize Bundle (1 Winner)

  • One (1) Mockingbird High Chair (MSRP: $249)
  • $250 restaurant gift card
  • $150 Nordstrom gift card
  • $100 Sephora or Ulta gift card

Total approximate retail value: $749

Giveaway 3 — "Your Village" Prize Bundle (1 Winner)

  • One (1) Mockingbird Stroller (MSRP: $549)
  • One (1) Mockingbird High Chair (MSRP: $249)
  • One (1) diaper bag (approximate retail value: $200)
  • Baby and toddler essentials to fill the diaper bag (approximate retail value: $300)

Total approximate retail value: $1,298

Giveaway 4 — "Being the Village" Prize Bundle (1 Winner)

  • One (1) Mockingbird Stroller (MSRP: $549)
  • One (1) Mockingbird High Chair (MSRP: $249)
  • $250 gift card toward a cleaning service
  • $100 Instacart gift card
  • $50 Starbucks gift card
  • $250 restaurant gift card
  • $150 Nordstrom gift card
  • $100 Sephora or Ulta gift card
  • One (1) diaper bag (approximate retail value: $200)
  • Baby and toddler essentials (approximate retail value: $300)
  • Additional miscellaneous gifts (approximate retail value: $500)

Total approximate retail value: $2,298

No transfer, substitution, or cash equivalent for any prize is allowed, except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize, in whole or in part, of equal or greater monetary value if a prize cannot be awarded as described for any reason. Prizes are awarded as described and are subject to availability.

Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the applicable Giveaway Period.

Taxes

Each winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with the receipt and use of the prize.

Relationship with Instagram

This Giveaway Series is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. By entering, you agree to release Instagram and Meta Platforms, Inc. of any and all liability in connection with this Giveaway Series. Any questions or comments regarding the Giveaway Series should be directed to Mockingbird, not to Instagram.

General Conditions

All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply and the Giveaway Series is void where prohibited by law. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry if, in Sponsor's sole discretion, it reasonably believes that the entry resulted from an attempt to undermine the legitimate operation of the Giveaway Series by cheating, deception, or other unfair practices. Automated entries are prohibited. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion and without prior notice, to suspend, cancel, or modify any individual Giveaway or the Giveaway Series as a whole for any reason.

Privacy

Personal data submitted in connection with a Giveaway entry may be collected, processed, stored, and otherwise used by Sponsor and its affiliates for purposes of conducting and administering the Giveaway Series and for promotional, marketing, and advertising purposes, subject to Sponsor's Privacy Policy available at hellomockingbird.com.

Release and Indemnification

By entering any Giveaway, you agree to release, defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates from and against any and all claims arising out of or relating to your participation in the Giveaway Series or acceptance or use of any prize.

Forum, Choice of Law, and Recourse to Judicial Procedures

These Rules shall be governed by, subject to, and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York (without regard to its choice of law provisions). You acknowledge and agree that any action relating to or arising from these Rules or any Giveaway shall be commenced and conducted only in a federal or state court with subject matter jurisdiction in New York, New York. You hereby waive any personal jurisdiction challenges and waive any arguments based on forum non conveniens.

Miscellaneous

If any provision(s) of these Rules is held to be invalid or unenforceable, all remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

BY PARTICIPATING IN ANY GIVEAWAY IN THIS SERIES, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THESE RULES AND THE TERMS OF USE, UNDERSTAND THEM, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THEM.
