What's covered under the Mockingbird Travel Protection Guarantee?
The Mockingbird Travel Protection Guarantee provides 3 years of coverage for any damage to Mockingbird Strollers, accessories inside the bag, and the bag itself (purchased from authorized Mockingbird sellers) incurred during air travel.
What isn't covered?
The Mockingbird Travel Protection Guarantee does not cover damage incurred during ground travel, loss of Mockingbird products during air travel, or damage to non-Mockingbird branded strollers or gear, or other personal items.
What's required in order to submit a claim?
Claims must be submitted within 14 days of your return flight. You'll be asked to submit photos of damage incurred, proof of purchase for any damaged products, and proof of travel, including your departure and return dates.
