Registry Fairy Giveaway Official Rules
Purpose: These Mockingbird Registry Fairy Giveaway Official Rules (the “Rules”), together with Baby Generation, Inc.’s Terms of Use (the “Terms of Use”), govern the Mockingbird Registry Fairy Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) sponsored by Baby Generation, Inc. d/b/a Mockingbird (“Sponsor” or “Mockingbird”). By entering into the Giveaway, you fully and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Rules and the Terms of Use and represent that you satisfy all eligibility requirements for the Giveaway.
Sponsor: This Giveaway is sponsored by Mockingbird
Binding Agreement: As described above, in order to enter or participate in the Giveaway and to potentially receive a prize, you must fully and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Rules and the Terms of Use. By entering the Giveaway, you represent that you have read these Rules and the Terms of Use prior to your entry and that you fully and unconditionally understand and agree to them.
Eligibility: To be eligible to enter this Giveaway, you must be at least eighteen (18) years old and a legal resident of the United States. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, and their immediate family members (i.e., parents, children, spouses or partners, grandparents, grandchildren, aunts, uncles, nieces, or nephews), are not eligible to enter the Giveaway.
How to Enter: Participation in this Giveaway is voluntary and does not require you to purchase anything from Sponsor. To enter:
- Add the Mockingbird 3.0 Single-to-Double Stroller to your baby registry.
- Visit the official Giveaway website and submit your email address and registry link(s) during the Giveaway Period.
Limit one (1) entry per person. All entries must be completed during the Giveaway Period. Entries submitted before or after the Giveaway Period will not be eligible.
NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN A PRIZE. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
Giveaway Period: The Giveaway begins on March 9, 2026 and ends on March 23, 2026 at 11:59 PM Pacific Standard Time. All dates and times are subject to change, at any time, in Sponsor’s sole discretion.
Selection and Notification of Winners: Following the Giveaway Period, one (1) entry will be selected as a potential Grand Prize winner and two (2) entries will be selected as potential Additional Prize winners by random selection from entries that fully comply with these Rules. Each potential winner will be notified by Sponsor via e-mail by March 31, 2026. Each potential winner is subject to validation and verification of eligibility and compliance with these Rules, and may be required, at the Sponsor’s discretion, to provide additional information and to sign and return a liability release, a publicity release, and/or tax-related documents as a condition of receiving a prize. A potential winner must respond to the email notification and provide all requested information and signed documents within 72 hours after the email notification is delivered. If a potential winner does not respond within 72 hours after the email notification is delivered, that potential winner may be disqualified and Sponsor may select another potential winner. The first potential winners who meet these and the other requirements set forth in these Rules, in Sponsor’s sole discretion, will be determined by Sponsor to be the winners (each, a “Winner”). Decisions by Sponsor are final and binding.
Winner Announcement: The abbreviated name (first name and last initial) of each Winner will be available upon written request directed to Sponsor for 90 days after the end of the Giveaway Period.

Grand Prize (1 Winner):
One (1) Mockingbird 3.0 Single-to-Double Stroller, one (1) Mockingbird Bassinet, one (1) of each additional Mockingbird product that is on the Winner’s registry from the list below, and up to $3,000 worth of additional non-Mockingbird products purchased directly from the Winner’s submitted registry. The total approximate retail value (“MSRP”) of the Grand Prize is estimated to range from $3,709.00 to $4,918.00 USD.

Additional Prizes (2 Winners):
Each Additional Prize Winner will receive one (1) Mockingbird 3.0 Single-to-Double Stroller, one (1) Mockingbird Bassinet, and one (1) of each additional Mockingbird product that is on the Winner’s registry from the list below. The total approximate retail value (“MSRP”) of the Grand Prize is estimated to range from $709.00 to $1,918.00 USD. The total MSRP of the two (2) Additional Prizes combined ranges from $1,418 to $3,836.00 USD.

No transfer, substitution, or cash equivalent for prizes is allowed, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize, in whole or in part, of equal or greater monetary value if a prize cannot be awarded, in whole or in part, as described for any reason.
Odds of Winning: Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.
Taxes: Each Winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with the receipt and use of the prize.
General Conditions: All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply and the Giveaway is void where prohibited by law. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry if, in Sponsor’s sole discretion, it reasonably believes that the entry resulted from an attempt to undermine the legitimate operation of the Giveaway by cheating, deception, or other unfair practices. Entries using automated means are prohibited.
Privacy: Personal data submitted with an entry may be collected, processed, stored, and otherwise used by Sponsor and its affiliates for purposes of conducting and administering the Giveaway and for promotional, marketing, and advertising purposes, subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.
Release, Indemnification, and Acknowledgement of Disclaimer of Warranties: By entering the Giveaway, you agree to release, defend, indemnify and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates from and against any and all claims arising out of or relating to your participation in the Giveaway or acceptance or use of any prize.
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion and without prior notice, to suspend or cancel the Giveaway or alter these Rules for any reason, including but not limited to alteration or corruption of the administration of the Giveaway by technical problem or other unforeseen event.
Forum, Choice of Law, and Recourse to Judicial Procedures: These Rules shall be governed by, subject to, and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York (without regard to its choice of law provisions). You acknowledge and agree that any action relating to or arising from these Rules or any Giveaway shall be commenced and conducted only in a federal or state court with subject matter jurisdiction in New York, New York. You hereby waive any personal jurisdiction challenges and waive any arguments based on forum non conveniens.
Miscellaneous. If any provision(s) of these Rules is held to be invalid or unenforceable, all remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
