Will everything in my order arrive together?
Sometimes yes, sometimes no!
- If you ordered more than one item, your order may arrive in multiple packages or they may arrive in the same box. It depends on what you ordered and the size of the items. For example a Stroller might ship in the same box as a Car Seat Adapter, or two accessories may ship together.
- Your order may also ship in separate packages if they are coming from different warehouse locations, which can also result in varying estimated delivery dates.
- Each package has its own tracking number so check the "Shipment" tab(s) above to see how many packages you can expect! To know exactly what's in each the box connect with a member of the Customer Experience team.
I received one item but not the rest of my order, what do I do?
Your packages may have different estimated delivery dates depending on the shipping carrier, origin, volume, etc. If the "Shipment" tab(s) indicate there are additional packages in your order, please allow at least 3 business days after the arrival of your first package for your remaining packages to arrive.
There's no estimated delivery date, when will my order arrive?
Once a package has been handed off from our warehouse to the shipping carrier, an estimated delivery date is assigned at the first scan made in the nearest fulfillment hub, which is typically within 48 hours. It generally takes up to 7 business days for a package to be delivered from our door to yours.
My order was marked as delivered, but I’m not seeing my item(s) — what should I do?
If the tracking information for your order has been marked as delivered, but you’re missing some (or all) of the items that you ordered, we’ll definitely want to take a closer look to see what could be going on.
If it's during business hours (Monday - Friday, 9am to 6pm ET), head back toour websiteto start a chat, located at the bottom right of your screen in a yellow icon. After entering your email address, select “Order” and then “Something else” followed by “Check on the status of my order”. You'll be directed to someone who can help!
Outside of business hours, you can also reach out to our team via our Contact Form, but before you do, we ask that you try these tips first:
- For orders with multiple items, each item may have its own tracking number. Take a look at the shipping confirmation email you received from us (it has the subject line “Order 12345 has shipped”) and open up each of the tracking numbers provided there. Often multiple packages within the same order will get separated by the shipping carrier depending on volume and delivery routes, so it’s possible while one box was delivered, another may still be en route!
- If there are multiple items in your order, please wait at least 3 business days after the arrival of your first package before reaching out to our team, to allow time for your other packages to arrive.
- After waiting 3 business days, if you have neighbors, definitely check in with your nearest one(s) in case something was misdelivered to the wrong address. Shipping carriers typically will snap a photo of where they dropped your package off so take a peek through your tracking information to see where it might’ve ended up.
